Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
