Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Exchanges
We only replace items if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
